Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-03-02 | Version 1.1.0
Welcome to Propflow, a service provided by propflow.tech. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1. Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. You agree to use Propflow solely for its intended purpose of automating and managing content publication across supported social media platforms. You agree not to misuse our Services to distribute spam, harmful content, or violate the policies of connected platforms.
2. User Accounts
You may need a Propflow account in order to use some of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
3. Fair Usage & Limits
Our service plans (Free, Starter, Pro) are subject to fair usage limits, including daily publishing quotas. Propflow reserves the right to modify these limits at any time based on plan updates or service requirements. Accounts that exceed reasonable usage thresholds or attempt to bypass these limits may be suspended.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our payment terms. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record), who manages all transactions, billing, and refunds on our behalf. This means Paddle assumes the legal responsibility for the transaction and will legally retain your billing history for compliance purposes even if your account with us is deleted. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund — no questions asked.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Propflow integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and WhatsApp. By using our Services, you also agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of these platforms:

7. Changes to the Service / Terms
We may modify these Terms or the features of the Service at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
